本文件适用于潜水器及其承压设备的短期静水外压试验。其他水下装置及其承压设备的短期静水外压试验可参照本文件执行。
注1：潜水器及其承压设备包括潜水器上承受外压的设备部件、具备一定功能的潜水器系统或设备，设备部件包括耐压壳体、浮力块、复合材料轻外壳、充油承压设备和水密连接器及缆等。
注2：短期静水外压试验为不考虑惯性作用和加速度影响、试验介质为水且试验压力保压时间少于24 h的外压试验。
