本文件适用于便携式和驻立式的各类加热器，单相器具额定电压不超过250 V，其他器具额定电压不超过480 V 的加热器。
本文件不适用于以下加热器：
——装在建筑物结构内的加热器；
——中央取暖系统；
——连接导风道的加热器；
——装有柔软电热元件的墙纸、毯子、帘子或管子；
——家用贮热式室内加热器；
——浴室电加热器（浴霸）。
