Scope of Application：
本文件规定了从事航空制造、服务、维护和翻修的无损检测人员资格鉴定与认证的最低要求。
本文件适用于使用无损检测方法实施检测和/或验收材料、产品、零部件、组件和分组件的人员,也适用于对所有无损检测方法的技术充分性直接负责的人员,如包括批准无损检测工艺规程和工艺卡、审核无损检测机构或提供无损检测技术支持或培训的人员。其他特定情况见附录 A。
本文件包括以下常用无损检测方法:
a) 渗透检测;
b) 磁粉检测;
c) 红外检测;
d) 涡流检测;
e) 超声检测;
f) 射线检测。
当工程或质量部门、认可的工程组织或主承包商提出要求时,双方可协商其他对零部件预期功能无损害的现行无损检测方法或新方法,以验收和判定所使用材料、零件、部件、分组件或组件的适用性。其他方法包括但不限于声发射检测、中子照相检测、全息照相检测、泄漏检测、错位散斑干涉、视觉检测、太赫兹检测等。对从事其他检测方法的人员,其培训、实践经历符合6.4的规定,且雇主按此规定形成文件。
