Scope of Application：
本规范规定了室内照明用LED产品能源效率的计量要求、计量检测程序、计量检测方法、计量检测结果评定准则和检测报告等内容。
室内照明用LED产品分为普通室内照明用LED筒灯、定向集成式LED灯和非定向自镇流LED灯，具体包括：
1）以LED为光源，电源电压不超过AC 250 V、频率50 Hz、额定功率2 W及以上，光束角>60°的LED筒灯，不包括使用集成式LED灯的LED筒灯；
2）额定电源电压AC 220 V、频率50 Hz，灯头符合GU10、B22、E14或E27的要求，PAR16、PAR20、PAR30、PAR38系列的定向集成式LED灯；
3）额定电源电压为AC 220 V、频率50 Hz、额定功率大于或等于2 W、小于或等于60 W的非定向自镇流LED灯，不包括具有外加光学透镜设计的非定向自镇流LED灯。
本规范不适用于具有耗能的非照明附加功能或具备调光、调色和感应功能的室内照明LED产品。
本规范适用于室内照明用LED产品的能源效率计量监督检测，委托检测可参考本规范进行。生产和销售室内照明用LED产品的单位亦可参照本规范进行检测。
接受检测的室内照明用LED产品应是生产者自检合格的产品，或者是销售出口销售的商品。
