本文件描述了通过逐渐增加液压测定纸板耐破度的方法。
本文件适用于耐破度在350 kPa~5500 kPa的所有纸板(包括瓦楞纸板和硬纸板)。
本文件也适用于耐破度低至250 kPa、用于制造高耐破度材料(如瓦楞纸板)的纸和纸板。在这种情况下,测定结果未必能达到本文件所述的准确度或精确度,在试验报告中注明测定结果低于本方法要求测定范围的最低值。
在商业协议中未规定测定方法的情况下,对于耐破度在350 kPa~1400 kPa的材料,所有耐破度低于600 kPa的材料(不包括硬纸板和瓦楞纸板),适合采用GB/T 454测定,其余则采用本文件进行测定。
