本文件规定了塑料薄膜热覆合钢板及钢带的分类及代号、尺寸、外形、重量、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志及质量证明书、加工及储存注意事项。注： 热覆合是指通过烘房、电磁感应箱体或电磁感应加热辊等预热、加热单元加热基板后用覆膜辊挤压基板和薄膜，实现基板与薄膜的热熔贴合。本文件适用于制造金属包装容器用的基板厚度为0.10 mm～0.60 mm，薄膜厚度为12 μm～70 μm的热覆膜钢板及钢带（以下简称“覆膜铁”)。
