——预期用于人类放射治疗的医疗实践，包括那些操作参数能够由可编程电子子系统（PESS）自动控制选择和显示的，
——正常使用中，输送单核能为10 MeV/n~500 MeV/n的轻离子辐射束的，
和预期
——正常使用时，在获得相应许可人员或有资质人员授权下，由对特定医疗应用具有所需技能的操作者操作，用以达到规定的临床目的，并与使用说明书中的建议保持一致，
