本文件适用于石英晶体元件激励电平相关性(DLD)的测量。本文件规定两种试验方法（A和C）和一种基准测量方法（方法B）。方法A以IEC 604445的π型网络为基础，适用于本文件所覆盖的整个频率范围。基准测量方法B依据IEC 604445或IEC 604448的π型网络或反射法为基础，适用于本文件所覆盖的整个频率范围。方法C是振荡器法，适用于固定条件下大批量基频石英晶体元件的测量。注： 本文件规定的测量方法不仅适用于AT切型，也适用于其他晶体切型和振动模式，如双转角切型和振动模式(IT,SC)和音叉晶体元件(通过使用高阻抗测试夹具)。
