本标准规定了气瓶集束装置充装的基本原则和安全技术要求。本标准适用于使用环境温度为-40 ℃～60 ℃、总水容积小于或等于3 000 L、介质为压缩气体、高压液化气体和混合气体（气气混合气体）的气瓶集束装置的充装。本标准不适用于介质为液液混合气体、毒性程度为有毒或剧毒气体的集束装置的充装，也不适用于充装高压液化气体（可燃）、固定在车上使用的集束装置的充装。
