Scope of Application：
本文件规定了中心频率范围在0.5 MHz～15 MHz，包含聚焦和非聚焦类型的超声波无损检测用探头的特性。
a) 产生纵波或横波的单晶或双晶接触式探头。
b) 单晶液浸探头。
本文件中的材料超声声速基于钢的纵波声速(5 920±50)m/s以及横波声速(3 255±30)m/s。
本文件不包含探头的周期性测试方法。用于探头现场校验的周期性测试方法在ISO 22232-3中给出。
探头使用期间，如需测试ISO 22232-3未包含的探头性能参数，参照执行本文件中对应测试方法。
本文件未包含相控阵超声探头，相控阵超声探头另外参考ISO 18563-2。
