GB/T 25444的本部分（以下简称本部分）规定了移动式和固定式近海设施的电气装置的要求，适用于近海石油工业的钻井、生产、处理和贮存，包括管路、泵站或“管内清扫（pigging）”站、空压机站和外露的单浮筒系泊设施。
本部分适用于交流电压不大于35 000 V和直流电压不大于1 500 V，永久的、临时的、移动的或手持的所有电气装置。
本部分不适用于固定的医疗设备或液货船的电气装置。
注： 对医疗室用电气设备，见IEC 60364-7-710。
