本文件适用于处理在塑料中空成型机的整个生命周期内(见GB/T 15706—2012中5.4)，在预定使用过程中，以及由制造商可合理预见的误用的情况下，所可能引发产生的与塑料中空成型机有关的所有重大危险、危险状态和危险事件(见附录A)。
