Scope of Application：
本文件提供了用于判定儿童开始玩耍特定玩具子类别中玩具的最低年龄的指南，主要用于指导制造商和评定玩具是否符合安全标准的机构。
本文件也可作为参考用于确定玩具最低年龄组的适用性，供分销商、研究儿童玩耍行为的有关机构和组织使用，也供儿科学会、教师和其他在日常活动中使用玩具的专业人员和消费者参考使用。
本文件适用于所有玩具，即设计或预定供14岁以下儿童玩耍时使用的所有产品和材料。
每个儿童发育不同能力的年龄不尽相同，本文件只给出典型的儿童学会某特定能力的年龄组。
虽然年龄分级蕴含安全的意义，但本文件并非为了解决具体安全要求。玩具的具体安全要求见GB 6675.1和/或其他相关的玩具安全标准。例如：这些标准会限制特定年龄组的玩具中有窒息危险的小零件和小球的存在。
