本文件规定了预定供14岁以下儿童在其上方或内部玩耍的家用室内、室外活动玩具的要求和测试方法。
本文件适用于通常预定承载一个或多个儿童体重的秋千、滑梯、跷跷板、旋转木马、摇摆玩具、攀爬架、学步儿童用秋千座位和其他类似用途的活动玩具产品。
本文件不适用于下列产品：
a) 健身和运动器材，除非其与活动玩具相连接；
b) 预定在学校、日托中心、幼儿园、公共操场、餐馆、购物中心和类似公共场所使用的设备；
c) 幼龄看护产品，例如（但不限于）婴儿秋千、游戏围栏/围栏、床或包括野餐桌的家具、摇篮和专为治疗用途而设计的产品；
d) 溢流时水位平面与池内最深点之间测得的最大深度超过400 mm的泳池。
充气活动玩具包含在本文件的范围内。但用于给玩具连续充气的电动鼓风机为需满足GB/T 4706.27要求的家用电器，不包含在本文件范围内。
