本文件适用于与心血管系统直接接触，并预期作用在循环系统上的植入物。
注1：心血管药械组合产品可吸收组件的某些方面(如涂层)与药物有关的内容在GB/T 39381.1中有描述。
注2：可吸收、降解及相关术语的解释见附录A。
注3：本文件并未对与活体组织、活体细胞和/或含有非活体生物材料及其衍生物的植入物等有关的问题作出具体评价。此外，心血管可吸收植入物植入前和植入后使用的程序和器械(如球囊血管成形术器械)，如不影响植入物的吸收，则不在本文件的范围内。可吸收心血管植入物可能含有单独使用时可视为医药产品(药品)的物质，但药物作用是辅助植入物，并支持植入物的主要作用方式。
