GB/T 17213的本部分规定了按照GB/T 17213其他各部分制造的控制阀的检验和例行试验要求。
本部分仅适用于压力等级不超过PN420（2500级)的控制阀。对执行机构的要求仅适用于气动执行机构。
本部分不适用于在放射性工作环境、防火试验环境或其他危险工作环境中使用的各类控制阀。如果涉及危险工作环境的有关标准与本部分相矛盾时，应以该标准为准。
注： 通过买方和制造商之间的协商，本标准可适用于更高的压力等级。
