Scope of Application：
本文件规定了植入式心脏起搏器及心律转复除颤器在全身线圈激励下运行的1.5 T及3.0 T圆柱形（圆形或椭圆形横截面）扫描孔全身磁共振设备中的安全要求，描述了相应的测试方法。
本文件适用于满足如下条件的植入式心脏起搏器及心律转复除颤器：
——在磁共振扫描期间不使用感知功能或被程控为不使用感知功能的系统；
——在磁共振扫描期间禁用高电压治疗的系统；
——植入患者胸部区域的器械。
本文件不适用于有源植入式医疗器械的非植入部分。
注1：皮下ICD系统，无导线起搏器及植入式心电记录仪等设备不在本文件适用范围之内，但是本文件的要求和测试方法能作为参考。
注2：磁共振设备的安全要求见IEC 60601-2-33。
注3：本文件条款的原理说明见附录A。
