本文件规定的3 m测量距离限值和测量方法是用于对居住环境中使用的车外接收机（10 m距离处）在150 kHz～30 MHz频率范围内提供保护。
注：车载接收机的保护见CISPR 25。
本文件适用于可能对无线电接收造成干扰的电磁发射源。这类发射源为：由内部可充电储能系统（电压高于60V）提供电能的电动机驱动的行驶在道路上的电动汽车和混合动力汽车（见3.2和3.3）。
本文件不适用于CISPR 141范围规定的电动汽车。
本文件仅适用于由电力驱动且持续车速超过6 km/h的道路车辆。
本文件不适用于仅将电动机用于启动内燃机的车辆（例如微混车）和仅在加速过程中电动机提供额外驱动力的车辆（例如48 V中度混合动力车）。
