——按要求为事故缓解进行的计划操作；
——评估电厂工况和安全系统性能，以及为电厂响应异常事件所做的决策；
——事故达到和保持安全停堆的操作。
本文件不适用于以下情况：
——仅用于历史记录或维护目的的事故监测仪表；
——在事故工况下可能使用的其他仪表；
——不属于严重事故的其他设计扩展工况监测仪表。
