本标准规定了经络刺激仪（以下简称设备）的组成、要求、试验方法。本标准适用于通过与患者直接接触的电极，对体表穴位或特定部位以无创方式施加不小于峰值1 500 V 高压［负载阻抗20(1±10%)kΩ］低频脉冲电信号，疏通病灶区及相应的经络配穴点，以中医导平疗法医理进行治疗的设备。对于一台多功能的设备，本标准中规定的内容仅适用于设备的经络刺激功能，其他功能如有相应的国家标准和（或）行业标准，也应符合其他相关标准的要求。
