Scope of Application:  
本标准规定了用荧光原位杂交分析外周血淋巴细胞染色体易位,对电离辐射外照射受照人员的生物剂量进行估算的技术方法。
本标准适用于单色荧光素直接标记探针的染色体涂染方法。适用于发生在10年内、剂量在0.2 Gy~5 Gy范围内、急性全身均匀或近似均匀照射的事故受照人员回顾性剂量估算,也可用于受过量外照射人员的生物剂量估算。
本标准不适用于慢性职业受照人员、非均匀照射、内照射、剂量大于5 Gy或发生时间大于10年的急性照射的剂量估算。
