Scope of Application：
本标准规定了压合成型机（以下简称“机器”）的结构、运输、安装、调试、设定、示教或过程转换、操作、清洗、维护的相关安全要求。
本标准包含操作者对机器的预期使用及可预见的误用所产生的，与本标准范围内机器相关的全部重大危险、危险状态和危险事件（参见附录A）。
本标准适用于制鞋工业中，采用弯曲和挤压成型方法获得各类鞋零部件的压合成型机，包括：鞋及皮革自动压合成型机（含热塑性主跟预定型机、主跟压型机、集成制造系统、带活动或旋转结构工作站的压合成型机）、外底贴合成型机、外底和内底成型机、后帮定型机、补强和衬里及包头贴合机、烫压机、打标机（烫金、贴标和压花）、缝线线迹压印机、帮面预成型机、折边机、活化机、拔楦机、掌面贴合机、纽扣包皮机等，机型示意图参见附录B。
本标准不适用于：
——裁断机及冲孔机；
——鞋眼、魔术带及装饰扣贴合机；
——用于修鞋或矫形鞋制作的压合机。
