Scope of Application：
本标准规定了海洋倾倒区选划的一般规定、疏浚物分类和评价程序、社会调查、海上现场调查、废弃物海上倾倒试验、数学模拟计算和可行性评估。
本标准适用于在中华人民共和国内海、领海、毗连区、专属经济区、大陆架以及中华人民共和国管辖的其他海域进行的疏浚物、惰性无机地质材料等废弃物海洋倾倒区的选划工作；对于天然有机物、阴沟淤泥等废弃物海洋倾倒区选划也可参照使用。
本标准不适用于船舶、平台、海上人造构筑物、鱼类废物或其他工业性鱼类加工产生的物质等海洋处置和弃置区域的选划工作。
