Scope of Application：
本文件规定了一种用粉末锻造试样测定金属粉末中的非金属夹杂物水平的金相方法。该测定方法要求粉末锻造试样在锻造时具有尽量小的侧向流动(＜1%)，并且要求粉末锻造试样的中心区域在放大100×下检测无可见孔隙。
本文件适用于检测粉末锻造零件中的非金属夹杂物含量。而在有大量材料侧向流动的零件中，需要调整近邻分离距离，或者由相关方协商确定需要调整的夹杂物尺寸。
本文件不适用于测定内部多孔锻件的非金属夹杂物的水平。在测试的放大过程中，残余孔隙很难与夹杂物区分开来。太多的残余孔隙使夹杂物的分布测定难以进行。
本文件可应用于检测含硫化锰的材料（预混或者预合金)，为了满足该类材料测试，需要将近邻分离距离从30 μm 调整为15 μm。
