本文件规定了移动式压力容器罐体、气瓶、管路和装卸附件的修理方法、修理后的检测与试验和修理报告等要求。
本文件适用于铁路罐车、汽车罐车、罐式集装箱、长管拖车和管束式集装箱的罐体、气瓶、管路和装卸附件的修理。
本文件不适用于：
a) 正常运输使用过程中罐体工作压力小于0.1 MPa（包括在装卸介质中瞬时承受压力大于或等于0.1 MPa)的移动式压力容器的修理；
b) 罐体或者气瓶为非金属材料制造的移动式压力容器的修理；
c) 移动式压力容器走行装置部件的修理；
d) 移动式压力容器附属车载燃料、车载动力气瓶的修理；
e) 移动式压力容器的改造。
