Scope of Application：
1.1 本文件规定了液化气体、溶解气体或压缩气体气瓶阀门防护帽和防护罩的要求。
注：防护帽、防护罩及其他能够对阀门起到防护作用的装置统称为阀门防护装置，用来在气瓶运输过程中对气瓶阀门（包括内置压力调节器的阀门）进行防护。
1.2 本文件适用于气瓶阀门防护帽和防护罩两种防护装置。对于其他与气瓶相连装置（如气瓶搬运装置等）的阀门防护性能测试参照使用。
1.3 本文件不适用于：
——水容积不超过5 L的气瓶上的阀门防护装置；
——通过焊接在气瓶上的耳板连接固定的阀门防护装置；
——直接焊接在气瓶上的阀门防护装置；
——呼吸器用气瓶、液化石油气钢瓶以及低温绝热气瓶的阀门防护装置。
1.4 本文件未规定将阀门防护装置用于气瓶吊装时的功能要求。
