Scope of Application：
本文件描述了应用透射电子显微镜/扫描透射电子显微镜（TEM/STEM)技术测定金属材料中纳米级第二相颗粒数密度的方法。
本文件适用于测定金属材料中弥散分布、粒径在几纳米至几十纳米范围的第二相颗粒的数密度。被测颗粒的平均尺寸宜在透射电镜试样厚度的约1/3以下，且试样中的颗粒在透射电镜图像上没有互相重叠或很少重叠。颗粒尺寸不在这个范围的试样可参照执行，其他晶体材料可参照执行。
本方法不适于测定聚集成团的第二相颗粒的数密度。
注1:可测定的最小颗粒尺寸取决于所用TEM/STEM设备的分辨率和采用的实验技术。
注2:待测定的第二相颗粒尺寸通常在5 nm~40 nm范围。
注3:TEM图像上若出现第二相颗粒重叠的情况，将增大颗粒计数的不确定度。
