本文件规定了集装及站用压缩氢气铝内胆碳纤维全缠绕气瓶的型式、参数和型号、技术要求、试验方法和合格指标、检验规则、安装和防护以及标志、包装、运输和储存。
本文件适用于设计制造工作温度为-40 ℃~85 ℃,安装于瓶式集装箱或集束装置等集装储运用途的可重复充装气瓶(以下简称集装运输用气瓶)和加氢站等应用场景、作为储存容器固定使用的可重复充装气瓶(以下简称站用气瓶):
a) 瓶式集装箱用气瓶:公称工作压力为30 MPa~52 MPa,公称容积为150 L~450 L;
b) 集束装置用气瓶:公称工作压力不大于35 MPa,公称容积为40 L~150 L,集束装置上气瓶的总容积不大于3000 L;
c) 站用气瓶:公称工作压力不大于70 MPa,公称容积为150 L~450 L。
