Scope of Application：
本标准规定了压力、温度、线速度对给定指定对偶件（制动盘或制动鼓）的摩擦材料摩擦系数的影响评价方法。
本标准适用于相同条件下摩擦材料的对比，或当缺少摩擦材料的控制规范和对摩擦材料规定性能或限制某些摩擦材料性能的应用。考虑到不同类型的惯性试验台的冷却系统，并确保可重复的温度增量，在衰退试验时制动温度是控制项目。所选用的制动器及制动盘根据项目决定。
在量产验证试验中其检测结果可与统计过程控制结合作为质量保证计划的一部分。具体项目或计划细化其适用范围和评价标准。
本标准在产品研发阶段允许增加试验单元和制动次数。
