本文件描述了用透射电子显微镜/扫描透射电子显微镜（TEM/STEM）获取纳米级核壳材料水平投影图形并测量其壳层厚度（10 nm~100 nm）的方法。
本文件适用于TEM/STEM记录的微纳颗粒数字像以及配备能量色散X射线谱仪（EDS）或者电子能量损失谱仪（EELS）记录的元素面分布图测量壳层厚度。适用测量颗粒核的直径范围为10 nm~1 μm。
本文件不适用于水平投影图形Z方向大于X方向、Y方向的颗粒以及有复杂几何水平投影形状的颗粒，例如类似海胆状的纳米颗粒。
