本标准规定了用直流两探针法测量区熔锗锭的电阻率。
本标准适用于测量GB/T 11071《区熔锗锭》规定的用梯形舟生产的原生区熔锗锭的电阻率，电阻率测量范围为0.1 Ω·cm~100 Ω·cm。
本标准要求区熔锗锭被测量部分的横截面积沿锭长变化梯度线性，且锭的长度必须大于横截面的最大尺寸和探针间距三倍以上。
