Scope of Application：
本部分规定了预期在紧急医疗服务环境中使用的医用电气设备和医用电气系统（以下简称ME设备和ME系统）的基本安全和基本性能的要求。
本部分适用于按制造商的使用说明书中指出的，预期在紧急医疗服务环境（以下简称EMS环境）中使用的ME设备和ME系统。
注1： 就本标准而言，制造商的预期已在使用说明书中指出。责任方和操作者必须意识到，任何超出制造商的预期用途的使用都可能对患者产生危险情况。
EMS环境包括：
——在紧急事件现场对尚未送往医院的受伤或患病患者进行处理和提供生命支持，以及在持续生命支持看护的同时，将患者送往合适的专业医疗机构接受进一步看护。
——在专业医疗机构之间转运过程中提供的监护、治疗或诊断。
本部分不适用于仅在符合YY 9706.111中的家庭护理环境下使用，或仅在符合GB 9706.1（且不符合YY 9706.111或本部分）中的专业医疗机构下使用的ME设备和ME系统。ME设备和ME系统一般不会只用于一种环境。这些ME设备或ME系统可能用于多种使用环境，因此，如果它们也可能用于EMS环境，则包含在本标准的适用范围之内。
示例： 可同时用于EMS环境和专业医疗机构环境的ME设备或ME系统。
注2： EMS环境用ME设备和ME系统可在电源不稳定的地方和室外环境条件下使用。
