本标准适用于由不超过GB/T 156—2007中表1规定的电压供电的各种类型固定式缝焊机(以下简称焊机)。
电阻焊机控制器(以下简称控制器)与焊机可以组成为一体，也可以分开为单独设备，但不论采取哪种结构形式，都适用于本标准。
注： 本标准不包括电磁兼容性(EMC)要求。
