Scope of Application：
本文件描述了一种在标准混凝土楼板模块上铺设覆面层并以标准撞击器激励时测定楼板覆面层撞击声改善量的实验室方法。
本方法仅适用于测量“局部”传递撞击声的软质和柔性的楼板覆面层，此类局部反应楼板覆面层在紧靠激励点的区域向下传递撞击声，因此试件的大小对测试结果没有影响。局部反应楼板覆面层包括地毯、聚氯乙烯(PVC)地板和地毡等柔软性的地面材料。
本文件仅涉及噪声辐射测量，不涉及楼板覆面层质量的主观分级。
本方法与ISO 10140(所有部分)规定的方法相比，在测量频率范围内两种方法测量结果的偏差一般在测量不确定度范围之内。如果两种方法的测量结果出现较大差异，则以按ISO 10140（所有部分）测量的结果为准。
本文件提供了测量方法，关于试件的技术要求(例如：温度范围、试件数量或试件安装条件等)一般由产品测试规程进一步规定。
注：如果被测试件不是柔软性的材料，例如那些夹层结构，由于测试结果与试件尺寸有关，那么测试结果与按ISO 10140（所有部分）测试相比，二者间的偏差可能会增大。
