本文件规定了单个旋转工具和工具系统静不平衡和动不平衡的许用剩余不平衡的要求和计算。基本准则是旋转状态下的不平衡产生的离心力不会损坏主轴轴承,防止对加工过程、工具寿命和工件质量造成损害。
注1:本文件中的工具和工具系统包含符合ISO 12164-1和ISO 12164-2的带有法兰接触面空心锥接口(HSK),ISO 26622系列的带钢球拉紧的模块圆锥接口,ISO 26623系列的带有法兰接触面的多棱锥接口、ISO 7388-1、ISO 7388-2、ISO 9270-1、ISO 9270-2的7:24圆锥接口,其有各自的工作速度。
本文件规定了模块化工具系统,包括对其中组件和装配工具系统平衡的过程描述和计算。
