在规定的试验边界内，在规定的运行条件和参考条件下，本文件能用于确定以下热力性能试验目标和期望值：
——电功率；
——热耗率或热效率；
——供热蒸汽和/或供热热水。
本文件不适用于单个设备的部件试验，相关标准另有规定。
