Scope of Application：
本文件规定了轴承合金与衬背之间结合缺陷的超声检验方法。本文件适用于衬背为钢基或铜基材料，衬层为铅基或锡基合金的多层金属滑动轴承，衬层厚度不小于0.5 mm。如衬背材料为铸铁，则本文件在特定条件下适用。该方法通过测定轴承合金与衬背结合处反射的超声信号确定结合缺陷。由于存在不确定反射波，因此无法在距离滑动面、法兰、对口面、油孔、油槽等边缘半个超声探头范围内的区域进行超声检测，这一点同样适用于结合面处带有燕尾槽的轴承，该方法不适用于燕尾槽边缘区域的结合缺陷检测。轴承合金与衬背间可见过渡区域（端面或对口面）的结合情况，通过GB/T 18329.3-2021描述的无损渗透法进行评价。本文件只详细描述了脉冲反射波检测法。本文件描述的超声检测法只能对结合状态进行定性评价，无法得到定量的结合强度。超声检测反射波差异只存在于结合区域与结合缺陷之间。本文件只详细阐述了将探头贴在轴承合金面一侧的脉冲反射波评定方法，如果将探头贴在衬背面一侧，则信号的处理方法与之类似。
