a) 强电线路故障状态：
——三相对称中性点直接接地的电力线一相短路接地；
——三相对称中性点不直接接地的电力线一相短路接地；
——三相对称中性点不直接接地的电力线两相在不同地点同时短路接地；
——交流电气铁道接触网导线短路接地；
——其他不对称电力线导线短路接地。
b) 强电线路正常运行状态：
——交流电气铁道接触网线路正常运行；
——其他不对称电力线正常运行。
