本文件描述了评定完整(即未破损)艇体长度不小于6 m的非帆艇的稳性和浮性的方法,也包括评定易灌水下沉艇浮性的方法。
利用本文件对稳性和浮性进行评估,为每一艘艇划定与其设计载荷和最大载荷相适应的设计类别(A、B、C或D)。
本文件适用于艇体长度为6 m~24 m的主要以人力或机械动力推进的艇的稳性和浮性的评定与分类。本文件也适用于艇体长度小于6m 的艇的稳性和浮性的评定与分类,如果其未达到ISO 12217-3中所规定的设计类别,且其设有甲板并具有符合ISO 11812要求的快速泄水的凹体。
本文件包括对可居住的多体艇翻转敏感性的评估、可行的逃生方式的定义和翻转浮性的要求。
本文件不包括:
