本文件规定了钢制紧固件的非电解锌片涂层的技术要求。本文件适用于以下涂层：--有或没有六价铬；--有或没有表面涂层；--有或没有润滑（自润滑和/或附加润滑）。本文件适用于ISO米制螺纹螺栓、螺钉、螺柱和螺母，非ISO米制螺纹紧固件，无螺纹紧固件，如垫圈、销、卡箍等。本文件未对紧固件可焊性或涂覆性能进行规定，不适用于机械镀锌。注： 高强度紧固件（抗拉强度≥1 000 MPa）使用符合本文件的涂层，以避免内部氢脆风险（见4.4）。带涂层的紧固件设计和安装信息参见附录A。
