本标准规定了动态（矿用)轻轨衡（以下简称“轻轨衡”)的规格型号、计量要求、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输、贮存。本标准适用于轨距不大于900 mm的轻轨矿用铁路线，最大秤量不超过30 t，通过动态称量方式（包括轴称量、整车称量)确定矿用轨道车辆或列车质量的矿用轻轨衡器。
