Scope of Application：
本文件规定了一种描述刚体运动要素几何的方法。该运动具有以下特点。
a） 要素在ISO 19107规定的任意空间对象域内运动。
b） 要素能沿着预定路线运动，也能偏离预定的路线。
c） 要素运动能受到物理作用力的影响，例如离心力、重力或惯性。
d） 一个要素的运动能影响其他要素或被其他要素影响，例如：
1） 运动要素能沿着预定路线（例如道路）运动，该路线可能是部分路网，也能在已知点（例如公交站点、航路点）改变路线；
2） 两个或多个运动要素能被“拉”到一起或“推”开（例如飞机在空中加油、捕食者发现并跟踪猎物、难民聚集汇合）；
3） 两个或多个运动要素能受到约束，以在一段时间内保持给定的空间关系（例如牵引车、拖车、车队）。
本文件不涉及要素其他类型的变化，这些变化的示例包括：
——要素的形变；
——要素或要素关联的继承；
——要素非空间属性的变化；
——要素的几何表达不能嵌入到包含其他要素几何表达的几何复形中，否则其他要素的几何表达需要随该要素的运动而更新。
由于本文件涉及要素运动的几何描述，因此未指定用地理标识符描述要素运动的机制。这部分已在ISO 19133中完成。
