Scope of Application：
本文件规定了依据GB/T 4340.1进行焊接接头显微硬度试验[试验力范围通常为0.98 N~<49.03 N（HV 0.1~<HV 5）]的通则、试样制备、试验步骤、试验结果和试验报告。
本文件适用于硬度梯度大的金属材料焊接接头横截面显微硬度试验。
注：硬度试验确保能测出焊缝金属和两侧母材（异种材料时）的最高硬度和最低硬度。
本文件不适用于GB/T 2654规定的试验力大于或等于49.03 N的硬度试验。
本文件不适用于GB/T 39082规定的电阻点焊、凸焊及缝焊接头的维氏硬度试验。
本文件不适用于激光和电子束等窄焊缝接头试样的硬度试验，其硬度试验依据GB/T 35085进行。
