本标准规定了系统标称电压为110 kV及以上油浸式并联电抗器（以下简称电抗器）的术语和定义、使用条件、性能参数、技术要求、设计和结构、检验规则及方法、标志、起吊、包装、运输和贮存。并规定了110 kV及以上油浸式并联电抗器配套用中性点接地电抗器的性能参数、技术要求、设计和结构、检验规则及方法、标志、起吊、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于额定频率为50 Hz、系统标称电压为110 kV及以上的单相和三相油浸式并联电抗器，及110 kV及以上油浸式并联电抗器配套用中性点接地电抗器。
对于有特殊要求的电抗器，如调容电抗器，若额定阻抗带±5%或±10%抽头时，通过无励磁分接开关实现电抗器容量的调节，则其技术要求可参照使用。
