本文件适用于下列沸点≤360 ℃的煤焦油和煤焦化废水中苯酚、C1 -苯酚、C2 -苯酚、C3 -苯酚、苯二酚、茚醇、萘酚、C1-萘酚类化合物的测定：
——煤焦油中苯酚的检出限为 0.015%，C1 -苯酚、C2 -苯酚的检出限为 0.035%，C3 -苯酚检出限为0.15%，苯二酚、茚醇、萘酚、C1-萘酚的检出限为 0.35%，且均为质量分数;
——煤焦化废水中苯酚的检出限为 1.5 mg/L，C1 -苯酚、C2 -苯酚的检出限为 2.5 mg/L，C3 -苯酚检出限为 5.0 mg/L，苯二酚、茚醇、萘酚、C1-萘酚的检出限为 15.0 mg/L。
