Scope of Application：
本文件规定了使用50 Hz或60 Hz的1 000 V以下交流电源的荧光灯和其他放电灯用启动装置（辉光启动器和触发器除外）的特殊要求。该启动装置能产生不大于100 kV的启动脉冲，并与IEC 60081、IEC 60188、IEC 60192、IEC 60662、IEC 60901、IEC 61167、IEC 61195、IEC 61199、GB/T 19510.208—2023、GB/T 19510.209—2023等标准所规定的灯和镇流器一起使用。
本文件不适用于辉光启动器或装入放电灯的启动装置或人工操纵的启动装置。荧光灯用预热变压器的要求由GB/T 19510.208—2023给出。
注：辉光启动器见GB/T 20550—2013。
性能要求见IEC 60927:2013。
