Scope of Application：
本标准规定了工业电池充电整流设备（以下简称充电整流设备)的术语和定义、产品型号和基本参数、技术要求、试验、标志、包装、运输和贮存。本标准适用于在工业场所使用的直流输出电压不超过1 000 V，单个功率单元的直流功率不小于10 kW，由单个或多个功率单元组成的充电整流设备，也适用于作为配件安装在其他设备中的充电整流设备。电力工程以及邮电、通信用电池的充电、浮充电整流设备也可参照使用。〓〓注： 充电整流设备用于对充电电池充电或放电、为蓄电池化成和类似设备提供电池充电或放电，采用插头连接、电缆连接或永久连接。本标准不适用于火警信号消防系统蓄电池充电器、家用蓄电池充电器、汽车启动用蓄电池充电器、驱动离心式点火泵内燃机的蓄电池充电器和使用蓄电池充电器作为其他系统应用的设备。本标准中的快速充电也不适用于铅酸贫液蓄电池的充电。
