GB/T 34609的本部分规定了铑化合物中铑量的测定方法。本部分适用于硝酸铑（Rh(NO3)3）、硫酸铑（Rh2(SO4)3）、三氯化铑(RhCl3)、碘化铑(RhI3)、醋酸铑(C6H9O6Rh)、氯铑酸铵（(NH4)3RhCl6)、辛酸铑(［Rh(CH3(CH2)6CO2)2］2)、乙酰丙酮铑(C15H21O6Rh)、三苯基膦氯化铑(［(C6H5)3P］3RhCl)中铑量的测定。测定范围：5%~50%。
