Scope of Application：
本文件规定了密闭式炼胶机炼塑机（以下简称“密炼机”）设计和制造的安全要求，给出了机器安全使用的相关说明。
本文件适用于处理在密炼机生命周期内（GB/T 15706-2012中的5.4），在预定使用过程中，由生产制造商可合理预见的误用情况下，产生的与密炼机相关的所有重大危险、危险状态和危险事件（见附录A）。
本文件仅规定了实验室用密炼机的噪声发射测量和声明的要求。
本文件适用于下列密炼机：
——从加料门处开始、于物料卸料口下沿结束的手动喂料的生产用密炼机和串联密炼机；
——从集成在设备上的输送机开始、于物料卸料口下沿结束的自动喂料的生产用密炼机和串联密炼机；
——从加料门开始于集成在密炼机上物料容器处结束的实验室用密炼机。
本文件不包括：
——物料加工过程中可能导致爆炸的危险；
——在潜在爆炸环境下使用的设备和保护系统的要求；
——排气通风系统的设计要求。
