本文件不适用于分析晶粒尺寸小于50 nm的奥氏体，奥氏体晶粒尺寸小于50 nm会严重影响定量分析结果的准确性。
注： 晶粒尺寸下限是可观察到的最小奥氏体晶粒尺寸。晶粒尺寸下限取决于设备条件和操作参数。
